The material is flame retardant and is very strong with a abrasion resistance of 125,000 Martindale rubs. In addition, it has a high light fastness; xenotest 7-8 on a scale of 1-8 and is urine & skin fat resistant.
With these properties, this artificial leather can be used almost everywhere.
